Dunnbar Bound

It's a fine spring morning as your fleet speeds toward Dunnbar, your destination. A strong wind fills the sails of your tall ship. You think to yourself, "If this wind stays with us, we should make port in two more days." It's been a long and tiring, but profitable voyage. You and your crew are looking forward to some recreation and relaxation.

From high atop the main mast, in the crow's nest, your lookout cries, "Cap'n, off the starboard side!" You rush to the rail in time to see Windspeeder, your best ship, run aground on a reef. With your spyglass you can see the crew scurrying around the deck. There must be a serious problem because the crew is striking the main sails.

What rotten luck, so close to home. These are dangerous waters to be lying about disabled. And what about that strange island off the port bow? It appears deserted but could provide good anchorage for a pirate ship. Still, two more days sail with a crippled ship could put Windspeeder and her valuable cargo in even greater danger. You decide to. . .

send some of your crew to repair Windspeeder.
