Riding a stationary bicycle can be excellent exercise in space. Rowing machines and treadmills are other good ways to stay in shape in weightlessness.
NASA requires astronauts on the space station to exercise for two hours each day. So much exercise can make you hot and sweaty, so you'll want to wash yourself afterwards. But in weightlessness, water forms droplets that float around the bathroom, and even up your nose.
How can you keep clean in space?
