How to Bathe in Space:

  1. Pull down the retractable shower stall.
  2. Moisten sponge with built-in water connection
  3. Scrub yourself
  4. Wash hair with waterless shampoo
  5. Dry off

Eating, exercising, and bathing can take a lot of time—it's amazing astronauts have any time to do experiments or go on space walks! But they're important if you want to stay healthy and happy during a long trip in space.

Future Mars baseThe final challenge is to expand your space station so astronauts can live there for a year or two. Designing a self-sufficient space habitat is very important for future space exploration, since missions to Mars will take several years or more.
