Francesco de Angelis - Skipper/Helmsman

Born in Naples in 1960, he is the skipper and helmsman of team Prada. He has won five world championships in sailing: ILC 40, Athens (Greece), 1996; ILC 40, Klintholm (Denmark), 1995; One Tonner, Skovahoved (Denmark), 1992; One Tonner, Naples (Italy), 1989; J24, Capri (Italy), 1987. He also won the Admiral's Cup in 1995 and two European plus nine Italian titles in different classes. He is married and has two children.

Torben Grael - Tactician

Born in 1960 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, he lives in Italy. He is the tactician of team Prada Cup. His amazing sailing record includes the Gold Medal in the Star class at the Atlanta Olympic Games, 1996; the Olympic Bronze Medal in the same class at Seoul, 1988; the Silver Medal in the Soling class at the Olympic Games of Los Angeles, 1984; five world champion titles - One Tonner class, Skovahoved (Denmark), 1992; Star, Cleveland (USA), 1990; Snipe, La Rochelle (France), 1987, Porto (Portugal), 1983 and San Diego (USA), 1978. He helps build boats at a boatyard on Lake Como, Italy. He is married and has two children.

Rod Davis - Head Coach

Born in Key West, USA, 1955, he is the coach of team Prada. He has been involved with the Cup seven times, three times as skipper. He won the Gold Medal in the Soling class at the 1984 Olympic Games and the Silver in the Star class in 1992. He was nine times World Champion in six different classes. In 1994 he was first in the match racing world ranking.
