This syndicate won the Louis Vuitton series in 2000, and went on to challenge Team New Zealand in the America's Cup. They lost, but were very popular with New Zealanders. They are the most experienced team, and were expected to do well. They were very disappointed not to make it through to the last stage of the challenger series.
