You will need to identify the different jobs to be done, and put them along the top row of boxes on this grid. Then put the dates down the left hand side next to the days of the week. Mark the deadline (when everything must be finished) by ruling across the grid in red on that day.

Now you can start putting in coloured lines down the grid to show when the jobs will be done - remember to think out how long each job will take to do. Be careful with this planning, because some jobs have to be finished before others can be started. More than one job can be done on the same day, because you are working in a group. It is best to work backwards as well as forwards while you are doing this. Get your critical path plan signed by the teacher when it is completed. Then keep referring to it, to keep on track!
