Komei School for the Physically Handicapped
Short Letters In their Japanese class, the students of group five were challenged to write the shortest letters possible on the theme of "feelings." They were to write a message to a parent, a friend, or even themselves using a limited number of characters. While the students found it hard to express their feelings using just a few words, the result was some interesting letters. Shinya Ishizuka To you,Saeko Kono I had a dream. It was about you, and it moved my heart. Satomi Yoshida To my father,Yukio Nakamura You always scold me, saying things like, "Why are you doing that?"Yukari Kaneko You say you're so busy, but how about paying some attention to me?Atsushi Kikukawa My heart pounds when I hear the mail put into our mailbox, because I think it might be a letter from you.Tomoyuki Abe To my friend, on the day that I spend alone because I was not able to keep our promise and go on the trip. Today I am so lonely.Fumio Okada To myself, I get irritated with myself, who cannot think of anything.Sachie Shima Father and daughter both with fractured bones . . . it is painful but also funny, so there is nothing to do but laugh.
