Eat an Egg a Day!

Eggs are good for you. They are full of protein, and you can eat them on their own, or use them for cooking many different things.

Eggs are great scrambled or fried, or made into omelettes. Sometimes you eat an egg in your burger.

If you like cakes, they use eggs too. So do many biscuits and cookies.

It is good to be able to buy eggs at the shops whenever we want, and to be able to afford them because they do not cost too much money.

The cheaper we can buy eggs, the better.
