PRECIPITATION |
|||||||||||||||||||
Precipitation
is water vapour that condenses into a cloud and it falls to
the Earth. Before it falls to the Earth cloud droplets must
increase in size. This happens when droplets collide and
combine with one another.It falls as rain, snow, sleet, or
hail. |

Rain is formed by the combination of about 1,000,000 cloud droplets colliding together to form 1 drop. |

Snow is formed when the water vapor changes directly into a solid. Snowflakes are 6 sided ice crystals. |
