Thinking Flexibly

Thinking Flexibly is when you can consider other people's ideas. It is being able to choose other people's ideas instead of having to keep your own.

Thinking Flexibly looks like people discussing ideas with each other. People looking at the unobvious to find answers to their problems.

Thinking Flexibly feels like being able to consider all sorts of different ways to solve a problem, not just one way.
