Cameras
are sensitive to differences in the colour of light that our eyes can't see.
Your camera has a 'white balance' control so that it can adjust to different
colours of light, but it can't cope with a mixture of light sources. Don't mix
daylight and artificial light, or tungsten (household bulb) and fluorescent
light.
