The Children of the Earth's Club is a Tokyo-based nongovernmental organization set up in 1991. Under the banner of "Let's unite to protect our planet," the club encourages and helps kids throughout the world to make a stand to protect their beautiful and precious environment.

Some of its main activities are sponsoring an annual essay and poster contest and holding an annual Asian Children's Conference.

The president of the club is Jiro Kondo, a director-general of the Research Institute of Innovative Technology for the Earth. He is a former chairman of the Science Council of Japan. One of the vice presidents is Kazuo Aichi, a member of the House of Representatives and a former director-general of the Environment Agency. Other board members include people from the business community, university professors, and artists.
