Remove
the patties from the frying pan and drain excess oil. Place the teriyaki
sauce ingredients in the pan and bring to a boil. Continue boiling,
scraping up any browned bits until the mixture thickens slightly. Return
the patties to the pan, coating both sides with the sauce.
Place the patties on a dish, covering
them with the remaining sauce. Serve with a mixture of stir-fried vegetables
like sautéed onions, shiitake mushrooms, and red peppers.
