When I first started learning about frogs, I didn't know very much. I knew that they lived near the water, and that they are slimy to touch. They can jump long distances, and they make a croaking noise.

I knew that they start life as a tadpole, that looks a bit like a fish, and then they change into a frog when they get older. Legs pop out the sides, and grow longer, and they change into the kind of frog you can see here.
